SEBI Complaint (SCORES)

To file a complaint against any **SEBI-regulated entity** (like a broker or research analyst) involved in your trading, you must use the official, centralized SEBI SCORES portal. Arthalab is a technology provider, and this method is for issues with regulated third parties.

**Mandatory Required:** To successfully register, you must provide your PAN, full personal details, and the accurate name of the regulated entity (your broker, etc.).

Trader Security: Do's and Don'ts

Always thoroughly study the bot documentation, risk parameters, and strategy logic before deploying any automated strategy on the live market.

Utilize all platform-provided risk management tools, including mandatory stop-loss, profit-booking targets, and careful position sizing.

Verify and confirm that your broker linkage (API keys) is active, correctly configured, and permissioned for trade execution before starting any bot.

Do NOT share your Arthalab account password, broker API keys, or any other sensitive login credentials with anyone.

Do NOT provide capital for investment directly to Arthalab or any of its staff members; Arthalab is a software platform, not a fund manager.

Do NOT trust or get attracted to any advertisements promising fixed, assured, or guaranteed returns, as trading involves inherent market risk.
