1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Karo Fintech Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at Pune, Maharashtra, India ("Karo Fintech Pvt Ltd", "we", "us", or "our"). Karo Fintech Pvt Ltd owns and operates the Arthalab website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, signing in (including via "Continue with Google"), or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Nature of Our Service

Arthalab is a technology platform that provides tools to design, backtest, automate, and deploy algorithmic trading strategies. Arthalab is not a stock broker, portfolio manager, investment adviser, or research analyst, and does not provide investment advice or manage client funds.

All trades are executed through your own broker account via broker-provided APIs that you authorise. You remain solely responsible for every order placed through the Platform, whether manual or automated.

4. Accounts and Authentication

To use certain features you must register for an account. You may register or sign in using third-party authentication providers such as Google ("Continue with Google"). When you do so, you authorise us to receive basic profile information (such as your name and email address) from that provider in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and broker API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Market Risk Disclosure

Trading and investing in securities, derivatives, and other financial instruments involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for every investor. Past performance and backtested results are not indicative of future results.

Arthalab does not guarantee any profit or assured returns. You should carefully consider your financial situation and risk tolerance, and consult an independent financial adviser where appropriate, before deploying any strategy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or manipulative market activity.
• Share your account credentials or broker API keys with unauthorised third parties.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Platform except as permitted by law.
• Upload malicious code or use automated means to abuse the Platform's resources.

7. Fees and Subscriptions

Certain features are offered on a paid subscription basis. All subscription fees are charged by Karo Fintech Pvt Ltd and are stated exclusive of GST unless indicated otherwise; applicable taxes are added at checkout. Applicable fees and billing cycles are described at the point of purchase. We may revise pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable notice.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not terminate the billing period already paid for, and your access continues until that period ends.

Because the Platform is a digital service made available immediately on payment, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except where required by law or where a payment was charged in error. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, write to us at contact@arthalab.com within 7 days of the charge with your order details.

Approved refunds are processed by Karo Fintech Pvt Ltd to the original payment method within 7-10 working days of approval. The time taken by your bank or card issuer to reflect the credit is outside our control.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Karo Fintech Pvt Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services such as brokers and authentication providers. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Karo Fintech Pvt Ltd is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karo Fintech Pvt Ltd and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.
