  • Trading integration data: Broker account identifiers and API keys you choose to connect, used solely to execute the strategies you authorise.
  • Usage data: Log data, device and browser information, IP address, pages visited, and interactions with the Platform.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: Used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and analyse Platform performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account and authenticate your sign-in, including via Google.
  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Platform and its features.
  • Execute and manage the automated strategies you configure through your connected broker.
  • Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support requests.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.

4. Google User Data

When you sign in with Google, we access only the basic profile information you consent to share (your name, email address, and profile photo). This data is used strictly to create and secure your Arthalab account and to personalise your experience.

Arthalab's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell your Google user data, and we do not use it for advertising purposes.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: With trusted third parties who help us operate the Platform (such as hosting, analytics, and authentication providers), bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Brokers: With the broker you connect, solely to execute the trades you authorise.
  • Legal requirements: Where required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.

  • Disconnect any linked broker API keys at any time.
